Charming hotel with a unique character. Check-in process was a breezy experience, thanks to the attentive staff. I loved the delicious breakfast offerings, especially the fresh rolls and eggs cooked to order. My room, although compact, provided a lovely view of the castle, adding to the atmosphere. The indoor dining options were excellent. the restaurant offered a delightful menu with dishes prepared by the owner. However, be prepared for no elevator access which could be a challenge with heavy luggage. The noise from the nearby train tracks was more noticeable than I anticipated, so bringing earplugs was a lifesaver. Despite this, the warm hospitality made up for the inconveniences.

I absolutely loved the charming atmosphere of the old hotel, and the gluten-free breakfast was a fantastic treat, with yummy options like fruit and yogurt. There are nice relaxation spots to soak in the serene vibes, and a cozy lounge where you can unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, it’s a bit tricky to navigate the cobbled streets with heavy luggage, but it’s well worth it! 😊

This place has breathtaking views of the Rhine which is a perfect backdrop for an unforgettable stay. I loved the attention to detail, especially in the restaurant where the meals were exquisitely prepared, capturing local flavors beautifully. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring freshly made eggs and a variety of delicious options. The train noise was barely noticeable thanks to the soundproofing, but as a light sleeper, I appreciated bringing my earplugs just in case.

The location by the water provided a stunning view, and many rooms offered charming river vistas. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring fresh croissants and eggs made to order, which set a delightful tone for each day. However, the lack of an elevator made lugging bags challenging, and the AC control took a while to locate. Additionally, being close to the train tracks, noise could be an issue for light sleepers.
